Janelle

Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator

Bio

Janelle has been dedicated to the dental field since 2005, specializing in orthodontics since 2009. Starting as a Registered Dental Assistant, she has cultivated a deep understanding of patient care and dental practices. Currently,she serves as the Practice Manager and Treatment Coordinator, where she is passionate about guiding patients through their smile journeys. Janelle looks forward to meeting you at your initial visit and helping you achieve the smile you've always dreamed of!

Amy

FINANCIAL / INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Bio

Amy is our financial and insurance coordinator and has been a part of the team since 2013. She’s our office expert in everything finance-related and will guide you through any insurance claims, too!

Amy lives in San Ramon with her husband, Jud, and their two sons, Jake and Holden. When she’s not at the office, she loves volunteering with various organizations, watching sports, and spending quality time with her family outdoors.

Mia

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT

Bio

Mia is a Registered Dental Assistant and has been with our team since 1995. What she loves the most about her job is getting to know our patients and their families on a personal level while watching their smiles transform.

Mia and her husband enjoy cheering on their three kids in various sports and school events, long walks with their dog, Phineas, and gatherings with family and friends.

Adrienne

IMAGING / RADIOGRAPHY COORDINATOR

Bio

Adrienne is our x-ray technician and records coordinator. Her’s is the kind face you will see whenever photographs or x-rays are needed. She has been a member of the Bigman Orthodontics team since 2003 and meets every patient at their first visit!

Adrienne is married and has a daughter named Audrey. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, and crafting with her daughter.

Kristin

STERILIZATION

Bio

I have been a sterilization coordinator with the Dr. Bigman Team since 2019. My main role is to organize and maintain dental instruments and tools in strict accordance with state protocols.

I love spending time with my family and friends and especially my two kids.

Ameera

Orthodontic Assistant

Bio

I love going to the movies and have even taught myself a song on the piano. I'm particularly interested in pursuing dental school, with a focus on orthodontics.

Lindsey

Orthodontic Assistant

Bio

Lindsey has been a dental assistant since 2017 and has worked as a pediatric assistant and orthodontic assistant. Lindsey’s favorite hobby is reading thriller/mystery novels.

Liza

Scheduling Coordinator

Bio

Meet Liza, our friendly and dedicated Scheduling Coordinator. She has a passion for helping others. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending her weekends gardening and finding peace in tending to her plants.
